At the heart of Seoul Sweets is Tteok (Korean Rice Cake), a cherished ingredient steeped in tradition and history. While Tteok is widely known today for its savory and sweet uses, we have elevated it into an entirely new form: luxurious cakes that resemble the elegance of traditional flour cakes, with a delicate texture that pays homage to their rice cake origins.
